Ms. Sakshi Batra is an Environmental professional with over thirteen years of varied experience in the field of Environmental monitoring and management. She has worked on number of projects related to development of emission and effluent discharge standards; urban air quality management and policy issues; research and development; project planning, coordination and budget monitoring. 

She started her career with Central Pollution Control Board in year 2002. She was associated with development of Environmental standards for National Ambient Air Quality, various Small Scale Industries, Oil Refineries, Dyes & dye intermediate, Sulphuric acid and Fertilizer sector. She was also associated with Air Quality Monitoring, Emission Inventory and Source Apportionment Studies for Indian cities. Presently she is looking after Pollution Control Implementation for Oil Refineries, Dyes & dye intermediate and Fertilizer Sectors. Ms. Batra present responsibilities include review of standards, regular monitoring for implementation of standards, follow up with stakeholders to streamline continuous online measurements of emission & effluent parameters.

Manish Goswami, is responsible for assessing, monitoring and benchmarking Energy, Environment, Safety and Downtime Performance of the fertiliser industry. He has been involved in preparation of technical reports on Energy and Environment. He has co-authored and presented status papers on energy conservation, cleaner technology, water conservation, environment impact assessment and downtime in ammonia and urea plants.

He is with Association for 18 years and presently working as Deputy Chief (Technical) in Fertiliser Association of India. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from University of Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is a certified Energy Manager of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India.

An Instrumentation & Control Professional having 23 years Maintenance & Project experience in Fertilizer industries with 14 years in Gas based  Ammonia Plant & 9 years in Phosphatic Industry. It also includes 7 years of International working experience.
