Brent Edward HEIMANN
President and CEO Arab Potash Company Ltd (APC)


Brent Heimann was appointed as Arab Potash Company Acting General Manager on 01/11/2013, after being seconded by Potash Corporation; where he worked as President of both PCS Phosphate and PCS Nitrogen. After that Mr. Heimann was appointed as Arab Potash Company General Manager on 01/07/2014 and APC board member as a successor for Mr. Michael Hogan. Mr. Heimann was appointed as the Arab Potash Company President and CEO as of 03/12/2014. He had previously occupied the position of APC General Manager from October 2003 to February 2007. Mr. Heimann holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati/USA. His experience in the field of the fertilizers industry spans more than 24 years.  Mr. Heimann is also Chairman of the Jordan Industrial Ports Corporation.

 
Eric MASANET
Head of the Energy Demand Technology Unit > International Energy Agency (IAE)


Eric Masanet is Head of the Energy Demand Technology Unit at the International Energy Agency, where he oversees technology analyses for the global industrial, transport, and buildings sectors. He has 15 years of experience analyzing industrial energy technology trends and policies, most recently as an Associate Professor at Northwestern University (USA), and, before that, as a Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (USA).   He is former Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journal Resources, Conservation, and Recycling (Elsevier), and has authored over 120 scientific articles and reports.  He holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

 
Honn TUDOR
Business Director Fertilizers > Phillip Townsend Associates, Inc. (PTAI)


Honn Tudor is Business Director Fertilizers and Methanol in PTAI’s Houston office. He also supports SPI efforts in the Fertilizers and Methanol areas.   He has over 26 years of petrochemical, refining, and polymer experience.  He has held numerous positions in operations, projects, supply chain, sales and marketing, and business development with Total SA.   His experience includes styrene, polystyrene, high density polyethylene, aromatics, specialty solvents, elastomers, and olefins.  He received his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

 
Birinder SINGH
Executive Director (Corporate Services) IFFCO


Mr Birinder Singh Chemical Engineer and has been working in Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) since 1981. After giving his best efforts to serve this organization, presently he is working as Executive Director(Corporate Services). He is heading Corporate Services Department, Renewable Energy Projects, Management Sevices Department and Cost & pricting Department. He is responsible for identification, evaluation and pre project activities of new projects, installation of Roof Top Solar Project of IFFCO, analyzing fertiliser policy impact on Society profitability and other corporate services.
 
He was involved in pre project activities of Ammonia-Urea Complex in Oman India Fertiliser Company SAOC (OMIFCO), Phosphoric Acid Project in Jordan and Ammonia Urea Project in Canada. He played an active role in acquiring of fertiliser unit at Paradeep. He was also involved in acquiring equity stake in American PetroGas Inc. and GrowMax. He was also responsible for registration and validation of various projects and Clean development Mechanism and sale of CERs generated from these projects. He was instrumental in getting certification of IFFCO under Protect and Sustain Programme of IFA.
